Our Commitment to Our Standard of Care

No-Show/Less Than 24-Hour Notice Fee
To maintain an efficient schedule for our team we require a 24 hour notification of cancellation or rescheduling. A $25 charge will be placed on your account if you don't provide 24-hour notification.
Surgery & New Client Exam Deposit
In addition to the above we also require a $100 deposit for surgeries at the time the surgery appointment is made. New Clients will be asked to leave a $50 deposit for a new patient exam. Surgeries and new client visits require extra staffing and blocking of the doctor’s schedule.
We do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a surgery or new client appointment. If notification is not made prior to 24 hours we will keep the deposit.
Payment Policy
Loving Care Animal Hospital accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit. We are not able to accept payment over the phone. Payment is due when services are rendered.
Financing
The CareCredit® program is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are willing to spend what it takes to make their pets better, but don't necessarily have the immediate resources to do so. The CareCredit® healthcare credit card can also be used to cover annual exams, heartworm and flea/tick prevention, and annual blood work.
Pet Insurance
Reimbursements through a pet care insurance provider can facilitate financial relief when your pet falls ill or needs medical attention. There is a wide range in pet insurance plans including plans that cover routine preventive medicine to high deductible plans to cover unexpected illness or accidents. For more information click here.
Treatment Plans will be provided at your pet's appointment.
Prescription Filling
Please remember we ask for 48 hours to fill any medication. This includes written prescriptions for medications.
